Light chocolate mousse cake on a fluffy sponge, finished with whole vanilla profiteroles and a creamy chocolate ganache. 

Our profiterole cake is a combination of all things sweet when you can't make your mind up about which dessert to choose.

Made with Belgian Chocolate, French Flour, French butter, French cream and local free range eggs.
