San Sebastian Burnt Cheesecake

Also known as a Basque Burnt Cheesecake, this dessert originates from Spanish restaurant La Viña in San Sebastian. 

This cheesecake is baked at high temperature in order to achieve the caramelised, slightly burnt exterior that is perfectly balanced with sweet and super creamy interior. 

Made with Madagascan vanilla, French Flour, French butter, French cream cheese.
